10 Days 2021 | September 6 -16
10 Days is a prayer meeting for your entire city!
The goal is a season where Jesus Christ is the focus of every heart in your geographical area for 10 complete days.
10 Days 2021 will be from September 6-16 beginning the evening of September 6th. It’s celebrated simultaneously in cities and towns around the world on an annual basis. Over 150 locations from all six continents participated in 10 Days 2020.
10 Days began in 2004 with a visionary experience. It was born out of a time of seeking God with prayer and fasting, motivated by Jesus’ prayer in John 17, “Let [my followers] be one just as we [the Father and the Son] are one.”
Have you ever done something difficult, something that you doubted that you’d be able to do that later became one of the best moments of your life? This Sept. 6-16, we challenge you to do something difficult that has the potential to change everything, impacting your relationship with God and your city!
10 Days is organized locally by people all over the world. We’ve put together prayer guides, posters, videos, and other promotional materials to help anyone organize a 10 Day prayer event. We also have teaching resources to fuel movements of united prayer, worship, and repentance.

‘10 Days’ Joins ‘The Return’ in Calling Christians to Worldwide Prayer, Fasting, Repentance
Thousands To Converge on Washington Mall for ‘The Return’ on Sept. 26, Flanked by Prayer Inspired by Ancient ‘10 Days of Awe’' Sep 18-28, 2020
NEW YORK—As political discord and a pandemic threaten societies around the world, prayer movements are gaining momentum and some have united to shape a global Christian revival with Washington, D.C., at its epicenter.
Thousands of Christians and more than 100 denominations of churches have committed themselves in prayer and collaboration leading up to “The Return: National and Global Day of Prayer and Repentance.”
“The Return” (TheReturn.org) is set for 40 days before the presidential election, and on the 400th anniversary of the sailing of the Mayflower, in the days of America’s founding and dedication to God. Surrounding the “The Day of Return” on Sept. 26 at the Washington Mall will be 10 days, known from ancient times as the Days of Awe, to be set as a special time of prayer and repentance on Sept. 18-28.
“10 Days” (10days.net), a movement of prayer, fasting, and repentance in unity based on the 10 Days of Awe, has been invited to collaborate with “The Return” as movement leaders call Americans to turn from sin and humble themselves before God.
“We are in the midst of a multi-faceted crisis right now, a crisis that no human being knows how to solve,” said “10 Days” leader Jonathan Friz. “An insoluble problem should lead us to self-reflection. What if instead of blaming one another, we took time to consider how our own actions and self-will have contributed to the current state of political division, racial strife, pestilence? What if instead of placing ourselves on a pedestal as judge, we would humble ourselves before the only Judge, and seek His mercy in a time of national and global calamity?”
Echoing Jesus’s prayer at the Last Supper that His followers would be unified, “The Return” and “10 Days” are pooling efforts to inspire Christians everywhere to call on the name of the Lord as the only source of hope for their countries.
Ramping up to the September climax, “10 Days” is leading a three-pronged prayer strategy for “The Return” that includes personal intercession for movement leaders, weekly Zoom prayer calls, and a “Consecration Challenge” aimed at mobilizing 120,000 believers in dedicated prayer and fasting.
Grant Berry and Jonathan Friz are working with “The Return” by leading the weekly global prayer intercession.
Coordinated events within “The Return” movement will also take place throughout America’s cities, towns, houses of worship and homes, as well as in multiple countries around the world, as many believe the nation has been given a critical window of opportunity to repent and return to God.

We want to invite you to be a part of a new 'virtual' opportunity called '10 days'

It comes over the Jewish festivals 29 Sept - 9th Oct Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur during a time known as the 'Days of Awe'.
The focus is to see ourselves and eventually our whole cities actually pause, humble ourselves, and repent before God and seek His face for the lost. It is a time of together turning, asking forgiveness and yearning to see the fulfilment of Jesus' promises and His second coming.
This year the 10 days team have decided to run a pilot project for a VIRTUAL online non-stop prayer meeting 24 hours a day for 10 days around the globe. This is why I am inviting you to see if this is something that you would like to help facilitate. It would involve taking an hour slot every day for 10 days. This hour could be shared with people in your church or a group that you are linked with.
There will be a guide produced so that we all keep on the same page and with the same focus, which includes praying for those with the least access to the gospel. Several major global networks including the Ethne prayer workgroup, the 24:14 Coalition Prayer Task Force, Intl. Prayer Council and Morningstar Network are collaborating in this effort.

Already this year we're aware of over 30 locations around the US and the world that are planning 10 Days. No doubt, we'll be adding new locations in the days and weeks ahead. More than numbers, I'm encouraged by the quality of what is emerging. At our recent 10 Days Summit in Northfield, there was an incredible manifestation of love (John 13:34-35) and unity (John 17:20-23) in the Spirit. This isn't just an endless quest--by God's grace, the Church is going to fulfill Jesus' prayer "let them be one as we are one." And I think we're making progress!

As a second option to launching in your city, we invite you to come and experience 10 Days for yourself with believers from around the world in a retreat setting at the Northfield campus (MA, USA) founded by evangelist DL Moody in 1879.

Our hope is that 10 Days Northfield will be something of a "model" 10 Days, where people can come from around the globe, experience what this is all about, and then take that experience back to their nation, state, and city. 10 Days will be culminating in the "Restore and Revive Conference (Sept 29-Oct 2) with speakers RT Kendall and Heidi Baker.
